Small Group Training

Group Training ranges from Calisthenic Body Weight Training & Boot Camp Drills to
High Intensity Interval Training.
The assistance of modalities and equipment will also be available to modify and/or challenge particular movements to accomodate all levels.
In-Home & Online Coaching

We also offer in-home and online coaching, making it easier than ever to stay committed. This program is fully designed to challange you to a higher fitness level and to help meet your health and longevity goals-wherever you are.

Throughout my breast cancer treatment, I took the initiative to create a transformative experience that resulted in a powerful survivorship program that I now share with others. As a certified fitness and wellness professional, I delved into muscle cell reproduction, uncovering its crucial role in recovery and prevention. I crafted a detox and resistance training program that not only helped with
my recovery but it evolved into a lifestyle that boosted
my physical and mental strength.
Survivor Strength Warrior Program transcends mere fitness; it’s about reshaping behavior patterns and cultivating the discipline to conquer mental obstacles. This program is designed for everyone yet targeted towards anyone battling obesity, depression, debilitating illness, injuries, or emotional and mental obstacles. Integrating holistic strength training, nutrition and wellness strategies will empower participants to achieve optimal performance and profound personal growth.
