Maddie: I started working out with Donna when I was fourteen years old.  Before I started training I had never had enough skill to really enjoy athletic activity.  As soon as I started I fell in love with fitness and began to work on athletic goals in boxing and weight training.  This gave me the confidence to love fitness and continue working out and grow in all aspects of my life.  I’ve now been training with Donna for about seven years and can honestly say she has turned me from a couch potato to a real athlete
